Shipping & Returns
Generally the item is shipped within 7 working days from our warehouse to our Logistics partner who in turn may take up to a maximum of 48 working hrs to reach your door step depending on the place of delivery. Please note that no shipments will be made from us on Sundays & Public Holidays as our logistic partner make no pick-ups on these days.

A "Shipping Confirmation" email will be sent to you on shipment of your order. This will contain the consignment number, tracking number & all other details of your order. Once an order is placed, if there are any changes in the shipping address, it has to be informed to hello@greatbooks.in within 12hrs of placing the order.

We do shipments through our logistic partner we are able to ship to almost all Pin Code locations across India. At exceptional situations, we do not serve pin codes of remote places and Jammu and Kashmir. Shipments costs will vary based on order value and are Free of charge for orders above Rs 1000 .
Return & Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged or a defective item please return the same without any hesitation to us in a proper package.Kindly enclose a note stating the reason for the returns. Also state your order no & send it to us via a trusted courier or mail. As soon as we receive the defective item we will send you a fresh replacement or refund the amount as per your choice.In your return note please advice us whether you would like a replacement or a refund. This facility is only for goods bought from us. Return of any defective / damage item should be done within 7 days from the date of the receipt of the shipment to our working office:

No cancellations are accepted. If there is any defect in the product delivered to you only then we accept cancellations. We either offer you an e-gift voucher for the cancelled amout or we shall be refunding the amount back to you within 4-7 working days depending on your bank.
